1. Acceptance
By creating an account, connecting Instagram, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
2. The Services
Creonnect connects creators and brands. Features include analytics, public profiles, collaborations, optional AI Studio, and Auto DM through Meta's official APIs. Features may change over time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, keep one account per person or entity, and protect your credentials. Notify us at hello@creonnect.com of unauthorised use.
4. Instagram connection
You may connect an Instagram Business or Creator account through Meta's official OAuth. You confirm you own the account or have authority to connect it. You will comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards.
Disconnect anytime from Creonnect Connections settings or Instagram → Settings and privacy → Apps and websites.
5. Auto DM
If you enable Auto DM, messages are sent only through Meta's API, only for automations you configure, within Meta's rate limits and 24-hour window. Honour opt-out keywords such as STOP and UNSUBSCRIBE immediately. Do not send spam or prohibited content.
6. AI Studio
AI Studio is optional and off by default. Outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate. Review outputs before use. AI Studio is not professional advice and may be subject to third-party terms (including OpenAI's policies).
7. Payments
Creator Pro is INR 999 per month. AI credit packs are priced as shown in the Services. Fees exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before renewal. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days where eligible. Fees for services already rendered or payouts released to creators are non-refundable.
8. Brand campaigns
Campaign terms — deliverables, timelines, budgets, and usage rights — are set in each campaign brief. Disputes should first be raised through Creonnect's support process.
9. Your content and conduct
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the Services. You will not spam, harass, infringe rights, reverse engineer the Services, circumvent Meta limits, use fake engagement, or violate applicable law.
Sponsored content must follow applicable disclosure rules (including ASCI guidelines in India where relevant).
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, Meta policies, fraud, abuse, or unpaid balances. On termination, access ends. You may request a data export within 30 days where feasible.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific revenue, growth, or accuracy of AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction, subject to applicable arbitration requirements.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required.
