Role Description

Creonnect is building a platform connecting brands and creators, and transforming how influencer marketing is discovered, managed and executed.

We're looking for a sales hunter who can help us take Creonnect to brands and turn conversations into customers. You'll work directly with the founders and have a significant role in building Creonnect's revenue engine from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Own the brand acquisition and sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing
• Identify and reach founders, CMOs, marketing heads, brand managers and growth teams
• Build relationships with D2C, consumer, lifestyle and other brands investing in creator marketing
• Generate opportunities through outbound, networking, referrals and partnerships
• Run discovery calls, product demos and commercial pitches
• Understand a brand's marketing needs and position Creonnect around the business problem we're solving
• Handle objections, negotiate and close pilots and partnerships
• Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and expansion
• Work closely with the founding and influencer-marketing team to keep improving our sales pitch, ICP and acquisition strategy
• Bring customer feedback, objections and market intelligence back into the company

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, brand partnerships, digital marketing, influencer marketing, SaaS, MarTech, AdTech or agency sales
• Proven ability to generate and close business
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and building a pipeline from scratch
• Ability to speak confidently with founders and senior marketing decision-makers
• Commercially driven, persistent and highly ownership-oriented

Strong Plus

• Experience selling influencer marketing, creator marketing, digital marketing services or SaaS to brands
