Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Creonnect collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, connect a social or business account, participate in creator campaigns, or otherwise use our products and services.
Where a brand or other customer controls the purposes and means of processing information inside its workspace, that customer may act as the data controller and Creonnect may process information on its behalf. The customer’s own privacy notices may also apply.
Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Creonnect and which features you choose to enable.
- Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, company, role, profile details, preferences, and login credentials.

- Information from connected services when you authorize an integration, such as profile, audience, content, engagement, and account insights made available by that service.
- Transaction and subscription information. Payment card details are generally collected and processed directly by our payment providers rather than stored by Creonnect.
- Device, usage, and diagnostic information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, referring URLs, and error logs.
- Communications and support information you provide when you contact us, request a demo, complete a form, or respond to a survey.

Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, account status, and applicable requirements.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely isolate it, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

International data transfers
Creonnect and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards designed to protect information transferred across borders.
Children’s privacy
Creonnect is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
